Thank you to all my clients, partners and associates - it has been a year of regrowth and challenges and learning and persistence but things are lining up once again and we are making progress!

Theresa and I are also involved in something we believe it very much - a new company but perhaps more importantly a new breed of company - H-Trio. We have both been lucky enough to meet with the president Melanie Hayden-Sparks and will shortly be uploading a video we took of her last visit to Ottawa to share why we like what we are doing with H-Trio.
